Book and parallel exhibition is the first retrospective of the paintings by mid-career, Yishai Jusidman (b. Mexico, 1963). His work draws on seventeenth-century portraiture and modern monochrome; a naturalistic still lifes and action painting, a Renaissance technique of tempera and digital electrostatic printing. His artistic production combines visual richness with conceptual rigor and historical breadth.
