This work contains a review of Patrick Hamilton's artistic career. Driven by a desire to move painting onto another plane, he has created a body of work along object- and concept-based lines with a foundation in his interest towards cultural, historical and literary research.

Book and parallel exhibition is the first retrospective of the paintings by mid-career, Yishai Jusidman (b. Mexico, 1963). His work draws on seventeenth-century portraiture and modern monochrome; a naturalistic still lifes and action painting, a Renaissance technique of tempera and digital electrostatic printing. His artistic production combines visual richness with conceptual rigor and historical breadth.
