"Este libro es una invitación personal que nos dirige Teresa de Jesús para recordar y vivir a lo largo del año lo que ella fue viviendo a lo largo de su existencia, y que aquí hemos dispuesto con una cierta correspondencia cronológica, a manera de un calendario teresiano.
