El mosaico es la conjugación de varios elementos en una sola obra, presente en las artes plásticas, en la culinaria, en el periodismo (misceláneas), en la música y en la fotografía. No lo hemos visto en el arte poético, aunque es posible que exista. Hemos combinado varios formatos poéticos (décima, madrigal, prosa, soneto, senryu, haiku) y distintas temáticas románticas, (flores, paisajes, políticas, sociales, naturaleza, etc) y por analogía a lo antes expuesto los denominamos mosaicos líricos.
