Como particular homenaje a la memoria de quien inició una de las obras filológicas, históricas, de autoridades, e incluso literarias, más monumentales en el estudio de nuestra lengua hablada y escrita, como es el Diccionario de construcción y régimen de la lengua castellana, hemos querido ofrecerle al lector de Libro al viento un acercamiento biográfico de don Rufino José Cuervo (1844-1911) siguiendo las pautas básicas de un léxico, con entradas que responden no sólo a un orden alfabético sino, y sobre todo, temático.
