Los usuarios rellenan un formulario de solicitud en la Sede, lo firman electrónicamente y adjuntan el documento, que también firman. Los datos del formulario se convierten a metadatos DC. Posteriormente, los bibliotecarios revisan y corrigen los documentos y los asignan a colecciones.
