Para construir el futuro

Presentación de la obra

"A collection of speeches given by the President of the Chilean Senate during the presidency of his fellow Christian Democrat, and long standing intraparty rival, Patricio Aylwin. Of particular interest are his moving remarks at Jaime Guzmán's funeral, and the several occasions at which he argues for a mixed, presidential parliamentary system and against the 1980 Constitution's strengthening of president prerogatives"--Handbook of Latin American Studies, v. 57.
